Beth and Hal joined Bob and Judy for three days in Steamboat at Dan and Patty's. Wonderful weather, snow and company. Beth celebrated her 45th birthday at the local steakhouse where you can see pictures of the beef "on the hoof" before being seated. The walls in the lobby were covered with pictures of the local 4H club members displaying their prizes before sending them off to the restraunt.
Beth, about to send Trish off to join Betsy at school, will surely not be at a loss of things to do. Leaping tall buildings, speeding faster than a bullet, and being stronger than a locomotive.
Hal is furiously writing insurance and pedeling up and down the roads of Ohio. Hal, why don't you come join me on a trip over the hillls to the ocean?
While Trish spent spring break swatting tennis balls in Soth Carolina, Betsy went with her Mom and Dad to Steamboat in March - visiting Dan and Patty and Sam, and joining Bob and Judy for the first two days.
This summer, she is venturing all the way west to spend two months with Bob and Judy, working at C&L in San Jose.
Betsy will be starting her second year and showing Trish the ropes as she starts her first year at St Olafs (aka The University in the Snow), way up in frozen Minnesota - "yea, you betch'a"
In 1995 Betsy and Trish came out to California for Judy and bob's wedding reception.
